CYPRUS INVESTMENT IMMIGRATION PROGRAMS

CYPRUS PERMANENT RESIDENCY PERMIT (PRP) – attached our relevant material

By investing an amount of minimum €150.000 in residential property, a Permanent Residency permit for life will be issued to the applicant and his family (children up to the age of 25 and parents of both spouses included) to live in Cyprus provided. The applicant and his family will not however be Cypriot (EU) citizens. They will only have permission to reside in Cyprus. They will be regarded as residents of the EU with all the benefits such residency entails.

There are currently two procedures, the Fast Track procedure and the non-Fast track procedure, with substantial differences the most important being the amount of investment and the processing time. In brief under the Fast Track Procedure the PRP will be issued within 2 months provided an investment of minimum €300.000 is made while under the non-Fast Track Procedure the PRP may be issued after 15-18 months provided an investment of €150.000 is made(finance also available under the Non-Fast track procedure).  

CYPRUS CITIZENSHIP/PASSPORT – attached our relevant material

By investing an amount of minimum €2m in Cyprus, Passport/Citizenship of Cyprus/EU will be granted to the successful applicant and his family (dependent children up to the age of 28 included; also parents of both applicant and spouse). Such amount can be disposed of after 3 years have lapsed. Cyprus being a member of the EU, the applicant will be regarded as citizen of the EU. A Cyprus/EU passport and id will also be issued.
